As deadly floods continue to hit Pakistan since mid-June, 33 million people have been displaced, 495,000 homes destroyed, 4 million acres of crops damaged, and 800,000 livestock killed. And that’s only so far during this ongoing emergency. Pakistan has experienced rainfall nearly three times higher than the country’s average amount just in the last 3 months. With the relentless rain and flooding,  the number of lives impacted by this climate disaster is expected to increase.

Children and families in Pakistan require life-saving supplies like food, tents, medicine, hygiene products, and clean drinking water. In a country that is already experiencing food shortages, the flooding has made a bad situation worse.  An increased risk of diseases due to lack of hygiene facilities and clean drinking water threatens regions hardest hit by flooding. Without international support, Pakistan will struggle to overcome this catastrophic event. Help send emergency aid today.
