Tom Petty & Chris Cornell Tributes at the Rock and Roll HOF

The Killers paid tribute to one of their influences, Tom Petty, by playing a version of “American Girl” at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Cleveland on Saturday night.

A couple of other highlights include Howard Stern’s speech inducting Bon Jovi and The Cars performance.

Also, check out below: Ann Wilson of Heart and Jerry Cantrell of Alice in Chains perform a stripped down version Soungarden’s ‘Black Hole Sun’ to honour the late Chris Cornell.
