A one-day-only Children’s Hospital Book Market pop-up sale is happening Saturday, August 16th! Find a wide selection of fiction, mystery, romance, music, cookbooks, science, travel, computer and university titles along with DVDs, CDs, and records!
This event is a sale only and book donations are not able to be accepted.
Community members who would like to donate books can drop off new or gently used items at:
- Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service Stations
- Any Dufresne store in Manitoba
Book Market relies 100% on volunteers, with teams that work all year to collect, sort and price books plus those who take on roles leading up to sales like packing up and moving books to the sale. On event days volunteers manage the many genre tables, help buyers find their perfect read and ring through purchases.
