The Treble have carved out a place for themselves within the wider Canadian music scene on the strength of their shadowy hook-laden alt-rock songs, reputation for delivering spectacular DIY content, and a drive to give back to the community that saw them through it all. Their up-all-night fundraiser, “24 Shows In 24 Hours,” which is now in its fifth year, has raised more than $30,000 for various charities while songs from their first two independent EPs garnered regular radio airplay and saw the band do several cross-country tours, multiple international events, and even walk away with a few arena dates under their belts. The Treble have spent the early part of 2019 touring and sharing the stage with some of Canada’s best and brightest including The Glorious Sons, The Beaches, Dear Rouge, Grandson as well as The Trews and Sam Roberts.

Their debut album, Modernaires, was released via Cadence Music Group Recordings in 2017, and went on to chart inside the top 40 on Canadian alternative radio and in the Top 5 on SiriusXM/The Verge’s The Grocery List respectively. Currently the album boasts almost two million spins on Spotify.

Their forthcoming project, Rivals, which saw the band collaborate with producer Ryan Worsley (Dear Rouge, Said the Whale) is set to be released in 2020. The band has received an exceptional amount of early attention for the project with its second single being added to several radio stations across canada including Toronto’s Indie 88, and SiriusXM’s The Verge as well as multiple features in Winnipeg (Power 97), Edmonton (Sonic), Calgary (X92), Red Deer (X100.7) and Ottawa (Live 88).
