Power 97 welcomes the 2nd annual Winnipeg Tattoo Convention August 24th – 26th, 2018 at Red River Exhibition Park.

Brought to you by Kapala Tattoo and Good Guy Supply in support of Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba.
